A transaction is recorded when there is 1 acceptance of terms OR 1 signature collected in the flow. For example: a term accepted by 100 users = 100 transactions; a contract with 3 signatories = 3 transactions.
Your transactions are never blocked. We use a soft limit model to ensure compliance. You will receive alerts at 80% and 100% usage, and our team will reach out to help you find the ideal plan if your usage consistently exceeds what is included.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. The amount will be calculated proportionally to the remaining period.
The API limit is per requests per minute (not monthly). This protects the infrastructure against spikes without penalizing legitimate use. Acceptances via API already count as a transaction.
Organizations are unlimited in all plans. Natural control occurs through the user limit, as each organization requires at least 1 linked user.
